US Robotics USB Internet Phone

After computer giant EBay purchased Skype, it became clear that the PC-based VoIP setup was here to stay. In light of that, US Robotics created the US Robotics USB Internet Phone with Skype (USR9600) to bring the convenience of a handheld wireless telephone to the free calling world of VoIP. They designed a sleek grey cell-phone look and combined it with a simple keypad that any telephone user can easily navigate. In doing so, US Robotics has taken Skype to the next level with this fully integrated piece of hardware.

TMCnet's review:
Features like echo cancellation and noise reduction assure traditional telephone call quality and an LCD screen that supports Caller ID provides functionality customers are accustomed to with their cell or landline based communications.

i2 Telecom Portable USB Phone

The i2 Telecom VoiceStick Portable USB Phone is by far the coolest USB VoIP phone I've encountered yet. It is by no means a traditional looking phone, as it is simply a USB 'pen drive' with a headset. Reactions have been positive to the phones easy installation, compatability, but most of all its portability.

Forbes Technology review:
Because of its tiny size, the VoiceStick seems like an ideal choice for communicating on the road. Not only can you take your phone with you, but anywhere you plug it in, you get your own phone number.
